Abstract
Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) is an effective treatment for mild to moderate anxiety and depression in the general population. This project looked at increasing older people¡¯s access to, engagement with, and outcomes from cCBT, and the factors that may influence these.
